At Regency properties we not only own and manage rental property’s but we also manage holiday lets.
Through this service we offer a range of management opportunities to take the stress off you, allowing you time to stay in a holiday let yourself. Our managements:
- Cleaning services
- Maintenance jobs if required
- Making sure customers check in and out of the property on time
- Preparing the property for guests with toiletries and basic necessities etc.
A perfect example of one of our holidays lets currently would be; our furnished, well stocked 3-bedroom bungalow that sleeps up to 8 people. It its perfectly located in the heart of Palm Bay and is just a stone’s throw away from Palm Bay beach! Our desire and goal is for our guests to have a memorable stay with no worries. It is fully furnished with 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed with additional pull-out bed & also another room has a comfy and luxurious sofa bed to be able to fill your needs to sleep 8 people. It is fully equipped with a large 55-inch SMART TV and super-fast internet, new comfy bedding, towels, soap, all utensils, glasses, wine glasses and so much more!
